By the time of signing the grant agreement, I will meet the conditions specified in Article 22(2) of Commission Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014 and §21 of the national regulation, i.e.:

A micro or small enterprise, not publicly listed,
An entrepreneur starting a business or operating for less than 5 years,
A business that has not distributed profits and was not formed through a merger.
