Second transnational project meeting in Brugge (Belgium) on 18/19 April 2011 The project partners have agreed the main operational paths of the COMTRAIN tool (to assess the competence level of a potential entrepreneur, to analyse the obtained results and define the training profile). The tool will be available in both on-line and off-line version(s). The project partners have defined an appropriate methodology to indicate the level required for each competence. 31.03.2011 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The statements/indicators/questions for each distinguished competence are ready (for soft and technical competences). The competences and statements have been translated from English into national language of each project partner. The translation methodology or methodology for translation was based on the collaborative and iterative translation procedure. 1.03.2011 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The project partners have refined the competence profile of a potential entrepreneur. There have been distinguished a few soft competences as follows: 1) Communication 2) Entrepreneurship 3) Efficiency (performance orientation) 4) Problem-solving 5) Planning and organizing 6) Pro-active approach 19.01.2011 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Kick-off meeting in Lublin (PL) on 17-18/01/2011 The representatives all project partners participated in the kick-off meeting. ^ Polish Foundation of the Opportunities Industrialization Centers "OIC Poland" ^ Syntra West vzw.
